Company Introduction
Adjustit Pty Ltd was formed in 2005 in response to the lack of available motor loss assessing software on the market capable of meeting the increasing demands of the insurance industry and their clients.
With a vision to improve customer service for insurance companies, insured customers, third parties and motor repairers during the motor loss claims process, while at the same time cutting costs, Adjustit commenced the software architecture to meet this criteria.
Our initial focus was on insurance companies and responding to the growing demands of the motor and machinery loss assessing segment of the insurance industry. We were aware that insurance companies were not in the business of scheduling quotes and repairs, coordinating repairer/client appointments, validating repair costs or maintaining consistent and complete data records of forms, faxes, electronic files and assorted other paperwork associated with motor and machinery loss assessment and repair, and we were determined to create a system that streamlined the process.
The need to enhance the customer service experience was just as apparent in dealings with insured clients, third parties and motor repairers. Policyholders and repairers experienced frustrations in trying to contact insurance companies and often couldn't get through at all during business hours. Once through, it was just as difficult to speak with someone who had the information pertinent to the claim enquiry.
